T&C'S & REFUNDS
We hope you are happy with the purchase you've made, however for if any reason you'd like to return your item please read the following policies before emailing email@example.com if contacted via Instagram/Facebook DM, we may not respond.
PLEASE NOTE: SALE ITEMS ARE EXCHANGE ONLY. In the event we cannot provide you with an exchange, a credit note will be issued.
From the date your goods are delivered, you have 14 days to return. The 14 days begins on the date of delivery, and the return must be back in our hands by day 14. Unfortunately there are no exceptions for this. If you are unsure when your item was delivered please contact us via email and we can check this for you.
Any goods delivered back to us after the 14 days will be sent back to you, 2nd class recorded with no refund.
All refunds exclude the original postage fee, and you as the buyer are responsible to pay for returns shipping. If for any reason we offer to reimburse returns shipping, this will only be up to the value of £5. If you choose to send via a more expensive method, you will only be reimbursed for £5 of this.
Returns/exchanges can be made on all items within 14 days (excluding face masks, jewelleries or items sold as faulty/misfit) providing the items are in brand new, unworn and unaltered condition. Refunds exclude the original £5 postage fee, If any items come back that have clearly been washed or tampered with, the refund request will be rejected.
If you purchase a pre-order item, the product will be dispatched when it is in stock and available. Please note that if you purchase any additional items along with the pre-order item, every item will be dispatched together.
If you select Tracked24 shipping at checkout with a pre-order item, your order will be dispatched with Tracked24 shipping when the pre-order becomes available. This may up to 3 weeks after purchase however we always give a rough estimate of dispatch dates on our website.
For next day delivery orders, please purchase weekdays before 2pm.
If your order is purchased after 2pm, or on a Saturday or Sunday, the order will be shipped on the next working day. Please bare in mind that if you order on the weekend the next available shipping day is Monday so you will receive it on Tuesday.
Returns received after the 14 day deadline will be rejected & subsequently sent back to the buyer with no refund. We recommend not wearing fake tan or make up when trying on goods, as any items that have marks/stains/damage will not be returnable, and you will not be liable for a refund if they are returned and found in this condition.
For all enquiries please email firstname.lastname@example.org, we recommend you email within a week of receiving your products if you'd like to return, as you then have 7 days to post and for us to receive the return.
By placing an order with us, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.
We cannot be held accountable for buyers mistakes e.g. wrong postage option selected, you will be given the chance to double check your order at checkout. After you place your order we cannot amend any mistakes. We also cannot speed up delivery after the order has been placed if the incorrect postage option has been selected, if you have made a mistake, you can notify us by email at email@example.com as soon as possible.
We cannot cancel an order that has been dispatched or is in transit, you will receieve an email to notify you that your order has been placed, if you do not receieve this email please notify us immediately so we can confirm whether or not this has gone through. We use Stripe Payments LTD and Paypal to ensure customer safety and customer details are not shared. Once your order has been dispatched we cannot alter the address, if an order has been put through with an incorrect address, this is the customers responsibility and we cannot take fault.
If you place an order and something is out of stock you will be notified by email with our deepest apologies and offered a full refund or the option to swap for another item, if the item is lower in price we can refund the difference, and if it is more expensive, the buyer will be required to make up the difference.
We reserve the right to refuse any order or refund request. If an exchange is required, the buyer is required to pay postage to us. (please obtain proof of postage when sending the item back to us) when the item is received and if checked over and deemed in resaleable condition, the buyer will be sent a code via email for the amount of the item returned (excluding postage) , please note that if you buy something on sale, you will recieve the sale amount in credit code. The buyer is required to re-pay postage.
Images on our website are taken of the exact items sent out, we recommend checking our instagram page @edgylittlepieces for more images, what you see is what you get. Our images are of our own, on our paid models or paying customers and we do not permit use. Anyone found using our images without permission will be asked to remove immediately and matters may be taken further.
We reserve the right to remove any offers and change prices of items at any given time, we do not have to honour any previous prices.
We are not responsible for any delivery delays out of our hands, in regards to next day delivery, the price is £7.50 if bought Friday after 4pm till Thursday before 4pm. If purchased Thursday after 4pm - Friday before 4pm with next day delivery, the delivery option MUST BE Saturday guaranteed delivery (£12.50), if the £7.50 option is purchased, we cannot guarantee Saturday delivery. Buyers will be emailed if we believe a postage mistake has been made and have till 4pm to reply before it is sent out with the postage option that has been paid for. Items must be returned in a resaleable condition. Before being sent out, items are checked over by staff to make sure they are in perfect condition and we are not responsible for any damage that may occur during delivery.
Please be careful when trying on returnable items as any marks e.g. make up, fake tan, deodorants will mean that we cannot accept a return on the item and the item will be sent back to you. We reserve the rights to refuse any exchange or refund if the items are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged.
Please note: we will refuse to accept any returns on items that have been worn for or in social media images, due to the hygeine and safety of our genuine customers and the impact this has on our small business. We do not accept that taking images in our products is simply trying something on.
